For it is part of God’s creation and the truth is revealed and explained more in the bible. In that case, as Christian educator I should embrace science.

Christians should embrace science as it enhances understanding of God’s creation and demonstrates that faith and reason coexist. Scientific discoveries often align with biblical teachings, allowing believers to engage thoughtfully in discussions about origins while affirming God as the ultimate Creator.

Christians should embrace science as they follow new information that can support the words of Scripture (such as David’s observations about the number of stars and grain of sand on the beach). God also endowed each of us with a brain that can and should be exercised. Our intellectual observations and examination can lead us closer to Him.

Science needs to be viewed through the lens of scripture. When there is a discovery, Christians can look at it and discern if it is backed up in the Bible, or if it contradicts it completely. Even in the idea of Intelligent Design, one can see God, but excuses, such as being created by aliens, also arise. We need to know the scriptures, and discern truth.

By integrating science and faith, we acknowledge our foundational understanding of our origins and our relationship with God while we explore the wonders of God’s creation.
