I will tell them to sincerely seek God’s face to show or tell them why did he created them and what will they do in the future. He will show them.

I inspire my students to discover their God-given calling by creating an environment that encourages them to explore their interests and talents, engage in meaningful discussions about their passions, and seek guidance from God through prayer and Scripture.

By joining our chapel services, join or school choir or any extra curricular activity. All activities in our school embrace the idea that we must be able to find God and encounter him through all events.

I observe how the students relate and function with other students. I watch for the fruits of the Spirit exemplified in their life as well as other God given gifts. I come along side them and encourage them in their gifts. I had a middle school English student who was an excellent writer, but did not want to participate in grammar class. I encouraged her to continue writing because God had blessed her with that talent. She could reach so many people with the Gospel through her writing, but she needed to learn the mechanics of grammar to make that happen. Over the past two years, through prayer and encouragement she grew in her faith and has made a commitment to complete her grammar assignments. She wants to minister through her Christian stories!

I acknowledge to the class that we all have different strengths, gifts and contributions to make. I ask them questions about what they are passionate about and what skills they have developed.
