I think that we must look at ways to keep our biblical worldview imbedded in our curriculum.

The goal would be to ensure that I am revealing the nature of God and the person of Christ to my music students through a qualitative music class. More like equipping them excellently in music in order for them to know God know through the subject.

I like how Dr. Black said, “…those curriculum decisions are always, always, always, always, an outgrowth of our worldview.” It’s important to remember that our worldview guides our curriculum and our curriculum provides the direction for our educational programs. It helps us understand the nature of the learner, teacher, and of learning. It comes full circle.

I have learned that honoring God and knowing about him by reading his word is import. I could ask myself when teaching the students how the Bible applies to the concepts or behaviors that we are learning.
