I will write a curriculum unit that integrates the bible. I will use Dr. MacCullougha’s questions to guide me. I will start with my drawing course class.

The English unit on the novel “Inside Out & Back Again” will be the focus of my goal. I will research Buddhism, compare its worldview to Christianity, and also study the Bible for specific instruction about how to treat refugees among us.

I plan to pre-plan my assessments, including how I will integrate Biblical lessons into it.

The first goal I have is to include questions in assessments reflecting the biblically integrated portions in the lessons. This is something that I will need to make a conscious effort to do to make sure students have learned how to apply the coursework biblically.

Goal: find scripture that the novels will connect to and utilize it to lead the readings and discussions.
Goal: Challenge my students and myself to grow in understanding scripture and how it can connect to what we read using a biblical worldview.
