The influence on me would be humility. It allows me to approach the scriptures with an open-mind, and helps me to be receptive to the Word to guide and correct me as the case may be. Though it can hinder me by making me to over-think about certain issues causing me to be over cautious.

I consider myself most suited to Faith and humility. For above all I desire to study or translate the Scriptures according to the revelation of Faith and to study with a true desire in humility.

I believe faith has the greatest influence on me when interpreting scripture. You need faith in God, in His word, His instuctions and His will. I surrender my will to Him daily. I want to study the Bible to gain a better understanding of His will for my life.

Faith, to have faith is to believe in God, Jesus Christ. Faith carries you through tough times, unbelievers, life and is the foundation of loving God. You must have faith in yourself in order to have faith in the Lord.

Faith. How can we study the Bible without faith? To me faith comes first and the humility. It is important to be humble in our studies.
