How does knowing that God wants us to ask help us when we come to Him?

I’m glad that God is wanting us to come for help, because we need all the help we can get in this life. I love that He invites us to depend on Him, as a child does to his parents. At the same time because He knows what we need before we come to Him in prayer, it shows His love towards us, in that He invites us anyways to spend time with us.

This knowledge leads to understanding that we are His children & He our Father. He knows what we need & will supply our needs. Just as the father that loves his son, knows what to give and will not give him a rock in place of bread, so much more does our Father in Heaven know what we lack.

Knowing that God wants us to ask makes it easier to come to him often. We know that we can ask our Father for all things according to his will for us.

When we ask, we leave it in His hands, knowing it will be taken care of one way or another. We know not the hour or the day, but I have my trust in Him. He knows what’s best for me.

No stress about the asking. You know He already expects us to ask taking all the worries away from the asking.
