  Have you ever fasted before? What did you learn from doing it?

  I have never fasted before but it is my greatest desire to start (secretly),realizing that I am totally dependent on God in all areas of my life.

  Yes and I learned not to make it obvious when I fast. I felt closer to God when I fasted

  no i have never fasted before. I have learned that you can give up certain foods, drinks or other things to fast. Make sure that you are praying for others. Fasting will bring you closer to God.

  Yes, I learned that there are different reasons for fasting. Daniels and three Hebrew boys’ 10 days fast taught me a lot about trusting God in what looks like to others as impossible is not only possible with God but is amazing.

  Yes. It helps me concentrate better during prayer and the rest of the day, as it encourages me to set aside distractions and dedicate time to seek God.
