Hinduism and Buddhism both seek liberation from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, with Hinduism aiming for moksha through works, knowledge, and devotion to achieve union with Brahman, while Buddhism seeks nirvana by following the Buddha’s teachings to end suffering and desires.

Buddhism and Hinduism have the same view that there is reincarnation. Whether the next life is better or worse depends on the way a person lives, whether he does many good deeds or many evil deeds.

They both believe in reincarnation; and endless cycle of birth, death and rebirth. They believe that if they do good deeds then their next life will be better than their current life.

Both Hinduism and Buddhism seek for liberation from life as we know it. They both believe that we are in an endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. One’s conduct in this life determines the next. Many Buddhists believe the ultimate salvation is nothingness (extinction). Hindus’ goal is perfect union with the impersonal, indefinable Brahman which is a loss of the illusion of self-consciousness.

They both believe in repeated births, deaths, rebirths, and teaches that personal conduct in this life determines the nature of the next rebirths. It’s a cycle that both of them believe in.
