The announcement stage is to make known that there must be changes and it needs the participation of everybody. The second is the implementation stage where by you put to actions the process that brings change. The third is the evaluation stage. What we implement does this brings change we need and if not what can we do to make it better.

The announcement stage essentially is there is going to be change, what is going to change, how it is going to change, why it is going to change, and when it is going to change.
-
1. Clearly Define the Change
2. Explain the Rationale
3. Outline the timeline for implementation, including key milestones and phases of the change process.
-
You inform people what is going to change and how it’s going to change.
