You’re also concerned about the result. Developing a kind of competency-based grasp for leadership development in the church as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Spiritual maturity starts with the trainer setting an example. Leaders who exhibit spiritual maturity in their own lives serve as powerful role models for those they are training. They demonstrate what it looks like to live out faith, integrity, humility, and love in all aspects of life.

A cooperative attitude, who can work with other people, trainable, who will do the job well.
