Yes, human relations in the Christian organization are both a means and an end because the Christian organization is an organism that is creating and adjusting to bring unity to the organization to discipline individuals to because followers of Jesus Christ.

Humans are both the means and the ends because they must be developed in order to meet the end goal. So, by investing in people’s growth, they are becoming developed Christians, filled and led by the Spirit, while at the same time, achieving the goals set forth by the Christian organization.
