Yes, I think having prophetic elements in the Bible adds credibility to Scripture. We see some events predicted in the Bible as being fulfilled, This gives credence to believe that other events predicted in Scripture will happen.

Yes, I believe that they are an important part of the Bible. It adds to the reliability and our ability to give evidence as proof of its reliability. To see and hear how even some of the most specific parts of just a few of these prophesies have been shown to be true adds even more credence to the reliability of the teaching of the Bible. It is also another tool for learning and growing from the ultimate Teacher.

Yes, I do feel that it’s important that the Bible contains prophetic statements. It helps to defend the reliability of the Bible because of all of the prophecies that were fulfilled.

I think it is important in two ways (1) It gives courage and hope for believers and (2) it can change the way a non-believer views God’s Word when they realize that the prophesies are true!

I believe it is important because it shows the accuracy of the Bible, and how it is God inspired because only God could of saw the beginning from the end and know all the events that we to come before they happened.
