I would like to say I feel equipped to handle crisis, but the truth is that we don’t know what that will look like when the times comes. I have helped people in crisis in the past, it was not always very easy or pleasant. The Lord gives strength when the need arises, I trust in God for that provision when it is necessary.

I feel equipped to help someone in a crisis because I have received training in crisis intervention or have previous experience in providing support during difficult times. I also possess strong empathetic skills that enable me to listen and validate the feelings of those in crisis effectively. I have access to resources, such as counseling services, support groups, or materials that can aid individuals in crisis.

Yes. Unfortunately, I have been in these situations many times, and they are all difficult, but I have had some training and experience in dealing with Crises.

I study pastoral care and am learning how to care for people experiencing loss and grief. I have learned a lot about dealing with people in such need. As I grow in the field of Pastoral Care, I hope to be more empathetic to such situations and support not only the patient, but also their family.
