The way I use money reflects my value towards money. All that I possess belongs to God and that includes money.
-
This statement has hit home. Someone once told me that the Lord often allows a person to teach a subject because the teacher desperately needs it! This is certainly true for me. I have never met anyone who had more wrong-headed attitudes about money or who handled money more contrary to the Bible than I did.

Awesome and interesting that the BIG GOD is mindful of EVERYTHING OF ALL SIZES in my life.
-
Even though you know this but to be reminded upon reading the verses that speaks about everything belonging to God brings you to place of consciousness of your role.

Even as Christians we tend to separate our money from the lordship of Jesus. therefore neglecting His principles.
-
I see people often putting money before Jesus. For example, some work so much to make more money that they have no time for God or church. Others are afraid to give to the church or help those in need because they worry, they won’t have enough for themselves. Social media also makes it hard, as it often pushes people to want more things instead of focusing on what’s truly important, like their faith and relationships.
-
Shopping and managing possessions is a big time stealer and then people don’t have time for God
-
We can get consumed with working hard to gain more and more money and possessions but forsake the things of God.
-
I feel that people are often deceived into believing in lotteries and quick-get rich schemes as a source of fulfillment. when God owns and controls everything we should just surrender to his will, it would probably make us much better at giving to our Churches and the needy.

I think God wants me to:
- Give: Be generous to the church and those in need, trusting Him to provide.
- Save and Invest: Use money wisely so I can plan for the future without making money the most important thing.
- Spend: Be careful with how I spend, making sure it honors God and is not wasteful.
- Teach: Help others learn about what the Bible says about money and how to use it to glorify God.
In short, I need to see money as something God gives me to manage, not as something I own, and use it in ways that bring Him glory.

I think God wants me to think before I buy. I need to stick to a budget, not impulse spend, save, and have a giving heart.
-
To give when prompted and to open my home to more people. To buy less. Way less

I am praying for the Lord to order my steps in His word and show me the way and direction He wants me to go in using and spending His money. I pray that I don’t allow my flesh to barge in and do what it wants me to do and instead that my decisions in spending will be spiritual decisions and that I seek the Lord in all that I do. I think He wants me to pay those I owe and be debt free, to build and organize ways to help others and use the funds in the foundation I started = TiSarah’s House Foundation, support others to lead them to Him, to purchase a vehicle soon, but God knows when I am ready for a car and that it will assist me to complete the mission He directs me to accomplish. I believe the Lord wants me to save, grow and invest in the Kingdom, like the story of the talents and 2 of the servants invested and one of them bury it in the ground. I don’t want to be the one who buries it, but I want the Lord to say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” I also believe that God wants me to utilize His money to gain education and wisdom and have more time with Him and to study His word.

Support our Churches by Tithing, helping the poor and needy, support local food banks and worry less about our own money. Trust God as our provider.
