Resolve within yourself to be satisfy with what you have and know your limit.

I can be content by enjoying the things God gives me each day that do not cost anything such as good health, happiness and joy, and peace of mind. I can sit in the sunlight and enjoy God’s marvelous works of creation. God does not charge me to give Him praise.

Spend less time window shopping
Thank God for what I do have
Give generously

STOP wanting the desires of this world to keep up with our neighbors. Instead, invest my resources into Godly pursuits of satisfaction. Like expanding my knowledge of the Holy Bible.

Find healthy ways to cope and unwind rather than watching tv, scrolling on our phones, or shopping. These things work against us being content by constantly showing us what we don’t have and what we are “missing out on.”
