Dr. Doriani gives a fairly comprehensive study of Christ, ranging from his identity and nature as God-man from eternity, to his fulfilment of his requirements to be Messiah, especially as expressed in the offices of prophet, priest, and king. Dr. Doriani gives a very logical development of these areas, so that his treatment should be accessible to most Christians who have at least a minimal knowledge of the Bible. It's also applaudable that in each section he suggests the modern applications, so that Christology does not turn out to be a stale subject, far removed from life.

I would have preferred that the lectures be broken down into one-hour lectures rather than the two-hour lectures. Some times it is difficult to carve out two hours of time to listen to the lecture. I was only able to listen to one of the five lectures in one setting. The other four I listen to half (approximate 1 hour) of the lecture and then had to come back at another setting and listen to the second half. Overall it was a great course and I leaned a lot.

The questions aren't all multiple choice, which makes it much more rigorous and you really have to internalize and think deeply.

I just learned so much about the LORD and the course helped me to understand the scripture in a deeper and fuller sense. I wish I had a paper copy of the whole lesson. This course has helped me to understand the trinity more as well as Gods plan from the beginning of time and how he brought it to fulfillment. Excellent course.
