Increased findings on the fossil record have unearthed more gaps and difficulties in Darwinism, instead of supporting it.
The Cambrian explosion showed that many different organisms burst into being in a short period of time. This did not allow enough time for all forms of life to evolve consecutively from one ancestor, such as Darwinism claims.
Darwin’s tree of life does not exist. To try to account for it, Stephen Jay Gould had to propose an idea of punctuated equilibrium which had no rhyme or reason.
Darwin admitted that his theory would break down, if just one complex organ existed which could not be formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications. We find evidence for this irreducible complexity in the bacterial flagellum and the DNA and RNA.
