God used his background to draw individuals to Himself. People could not believe what God had done. Paul was a believer.

First, Paul was a well educated Jew that could enter the synagogues and preach and teach with authority. As a Roman citizen, he was granted some protection under the law. Finally, he was absolutely devoted to Christ and it showed in his talk
