We are to be the living embodiment of Jesus Christ, ever striving to be more like Him, while here on earth. The Holy Spirit directs each of us and uses us as He sees fit to best utilize our exclusively individual talents and abilities. There are no jobs within the body that are any more important than any other in God’s sight and economy.

So as Jesus serves as our head/brain, our whole spiritual body is controlled and affected and influenced–as it should be. It’s all pretty mind-blowing (no pun intended).

As the body of the Church, we physically go and do what God commands through the teachings and through the modeling provided by Jesus so that others might find the way and follow Gods commands.
