As you reflect on Christ as the Head and the church as the body, what insights come to mind?

We need to keep Jesus Christ first and he always need to be the driving force of the church. It’s also evident that we need one another to carry out the work of the church and need to rely on the giftedness of others to build and grow the church body. We are not meant to be isolated or do things on our own.

Everyone one of us Chrsit followers as a distinct role in the expansion of Christs church.

We are all interconnected to a living body that is lead by the head (Christ). We all play a unique role to make the alive and work together.

No body part is more important except the head. Just like Christ leads and directs the church, the head, or brain, leads and directs the body.

We are all part of the body. None more important than the other, but Christ is the Head. He is the one that leads and directs the body.
