Life is hard. It has it’s up’s but it has challenges. Bringing God into the daily struggles give me a connection to deal with my stresses. Someone to take the worries from me. My problem is that I do not do it enough. It is so easy to be like Peter. Step out in faith from the boat with the full presence of God before me. But then take my eyes away and worry about the storms. The joy? Jesus still reaches down and takes me by the hand. Oh God, please increase my faith.

What impressed me the most is that having divine dialogue keeps me centered and vigilant. The word talks about how the enemy roams the earth looking for someone to devour. When I consistently talk with God throughout the day I tend to deal better in those not so pleasing situations and less to fly off the handle. The fact that I get to talk with God any time of the day is a privilege of which I don’t take for granted. It soothes me to say the least and I love it the most that through his Holy Spirit he hears me and answers.

It’s the love, care, and attention to detail that definitely impressed me. The fact that He cares for us that He’s willing to talk to us throughout the entire day is mine blowing. It speaks to how much He wants us to understand and get it even with the limited amount we are able to comprehend. That’s true love.

Everyday no matter what I am doing I try to keep in a spiritual dialogue with Christ. It’s so easy to get caught up in a situation where you are misjudged or you misunderstand someone. Staying in communication with Christ is important to me because He will keep me on the right path!
