This is something that I already do. I’m constantly giving praise to God for the little things and asking for help or strength or wisdom when entering situations. It’s a great reminder that He is living and active, and resides within us (who are believers).

The idea of bringing divine dialogue with me throughout my entire day is not a foreign idea to me. I find myself constantly talking to God and asking the Holy Spirit to lead me, guide me, direct, and fill me. I can sense when I have gone too long without checking in with the Holy Spirit. I used to avoid the divine dialogue concerning confessing my sins especially. However, I have learned that confession leads to restoration and not condemnation. I also get a lot out of writing down some of my “divine dialogue” so that I don’t forget how God has been by my side constantly.

In Luke 24:13-32, I was impressed that Jesus took the time to walk with the two men and provide them insight and clarity. The two men seemed so impressed with Jesus that they did not want Him to leave. I believe we need the same fire and desire when we invite Jesus into our lives.

It shows that God is in our mind, and we have communion with Him.
