In Luke 24:13-32, it impressed me that we may not be aware enough that the Lord (since he is risen and ascended) walks with us each moment of the day. Hence our connection with him has to be more deliberate and more frequent throughout the day. Perhaps, besides our morning devotional time, we can make an effort to consciously connect with him as we say grace before meals, and we can silently pray to him before we start any endeavour, assignment or task for that day.

That God is with me all the time and I can converse with him anytime, putting him in my mind.
As I dwell with God, I can see things anew, new insights from reading the scripture or what is happening around me. -
The two who were on the road were blessed by seeing and meeting the Christ because they were having spiritual conversations about what they had seen and heard. When we are having those types of conversations with those around us, we can experience God as well.

As we reminisce on the ‘divine dialogue’ throughout the day, we start to understand what our Lord wants us to learn and to grow closer to Him. It’s a process of growing up in faith and to draw closer to our Lord.

The fact that we carry the divine conversation throughout the day, and not just in that few minutes of reading the Bible
and praying.
