As you studied Luke 24:13-32, what impressed you most about the idea of bringing divine dialogue with you throughout your entire day?

God wants to reach out to me and walk with me and show me the way, the truth and the life He promised to give me through His Son Jesus Christ Our Lord. It is a daily walk with us and His Spirit wants to communicate with Us to lead us in his path of righteous. It is not ritual but a daily moment by moment relationship.

The idea of having spiritual guidance with me all day.

By engaging in divine dialogue throughout the entire day, our hearts are more aware of divine activity around us and more apt to respond to it. This allows us to keep our heart focused on eternal matters and eternal perspectives instead of getting stuck looking through “keyholes” because we choose to operate in our finite fleshly thoughts instead of constantly bringing them to Jesus so He can reveal truth.

Lord, give me eyes to see where you’re working and to join you in it. Father, give me ears to listen for you and teachably follow whatever the cost. Lord, give me a heart and mind which makes decisions with your Spirit in me and with the information I have in front of me.

It would keep me in a close relationship with God. I would hear his voice more clearly.
