While it should be exciting to me, it frightens me that I will not be able to achieve divine dialogue throughout the day. I do appreciate how the Scripture is presented and it shows how Jesus is intent on being a part of our lives throughout the day, if we make an effort and allow Him to “draw near”.

It is like we too can walk the road of Damascus with him talking to him about our problems . Many times when he answers us in his Word it is like our eyes are “opened” and we see him . Finally! I don’t know why my reaction is surprise when this happens. Or better to think of it as “delighting” in his word

It strengthens your day not to just worship time but to remember to always look for Jesus in all that I do.

What impressed me is that it is not a one time thing but a all day thing. We need to be in prayer all the time and not just once a day.

It would allow me to remain under the influence of God. It would help keep my focus on eternal things and not be distracted by the temporal.
