That we can talk together anytime, anywhere. He is always there. That we not only can stay and communicate with him during devotion time, but throughout the day

It excited me to think that Communication with GOd is always accessible in every moment and every situation. There is no time where the lord will not communicate with me.

That we should not marvel excessively at a seemingly isolated supernatural encounter with Jesus, but instead see such encounters in the context of how Jesus is always with us.

The idea that Jesus wants to fellowship with me throughout the day and that He wants to teach me from the Scriptures about Himself, the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Their desire to know more, to draw nearer, for more time. They made this choice, and it seemed nothing was more important. They wanted to break bread with him, to commune with him. I can just imagine their excitement. After Jesus had vanished, they talked about their “hearts burning.”. Great example…
