We are never really alone in life. Many people experience unnecessary loneliness because they fail to realize that God is truly there for us all the time.

When we are in constant dialogue with the Lord, we are able to better understand the world around us and then how we are to live according to His will.

Being in communication with the Lord will keep Him at the front of my mind and would help me in acting like Him as we should.

It gives us a different perspective and allows us to see things through a holy lens rather than one of the flesh / world.
