A good leader takes us to some place where we are supposed to be. But now, I think a good leader should take us to a better place in accordance with the rapidly changing environment. It is not a one-off process but a continuous one, and the leader should be proactive.

Before this lesson, I would probably have said leaders teach and model how to get things done. Now I would say they help their followers get to the next level.

Before this lesson I would define a leader as someone who knows the information well that they are teaching. Now I would describe a good leader as one who leads the individuals to discover the information themselves so that the individuals can apply it to a higher level of understanding, and be able to retain that information and apply it to a better way of life
