Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

A good leader is one who looks out for the good of the followers. Meets needs and is a problem solver.

Before…a good leader helps people get to where they want to go by doing what they normally don’t want to do.
Now…a good leader moves people from where they are to a better place.

Good leaders listen to their people and help them accomplish the expectations. From this lesson I’ll add leaders help people get from they are to somewhere they aren’t.

Before: I would have described it as being a mentor and guide to all the things life throws our way, making decisions, getting from point A to point B.
Now: I think that is still the case, just being more relational, helping people grow. -
This lesson confirmed previous trainings I have had on leadership. Leaders are people that others want to follow because of how they act and how they treat others. Leaders are those who can take other people to places those people or the organization desires them to go.
