Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

Prior to the lesson I probably would have described leadership as someone who is managing people well or in charge of a group of people. I would now describe a good leader as someone who people trust to help them achieve new goals and growth.

Before this lesson I would have said a good leader is someone who identifies the next step someone needs/wants to take and helps them make that step.
After this lesson I would still say I believe what I thought before, but I would phrase it as “Taking someone where they ain’t.”

I would describe leader as the same way I describe a coach – taking people from one place to another place that they cannot get to on their own. After this lesson, I would alter this definition to:
A leader takes people from one place to a better place that they cannot get to on their own and both parties are better people because of it. -
Before this lesson I would describe a good leader and what a good leader does according to the teaching the lecture I love when he says that leaders lead and effective leader will lead effectively in the position they are called in. Now to note that a good leader go above and beyond leading effectively in the position, They would lead by the example of the position and title. An example of a good leadership is leading us to where we’re not to get us ready for where we are going in the position of leadership.

Before this lesson, I believe a good leaders led people to areas. Now, I have learned a good leader takes people to a good situation from a bad situation.
