A good leader leads by example, communicates well, models well, and inspires others well. Now I would say that a good leader is intentional about growing people so they can do more than they could before they were led.

Before, I would have said that a good leader tells everyone what to do. Now,I would say that a good leader helps an organization and employees go somewhere.

A good leader serves others. Leads people to a better place.

It has not changed. A good leader leads, takes others to new levels of growth, while moving forward to the vision(the better place)a great leader empowers other to do the same.
