Gets important people to a desired destination. Leadership is a servant position, trying to help others get where they need to be.

Previous to this lesson, I would have said that a good leader is a servant leader. i would now say that a good leader is the type of leader needed for a particular situation or environment.

A good leader is a servant. One of my major motto’s that I’ve lived by as a leader is to never ask someone to do something that I wouldn’t be willing to do myself.

Leadership is influence and I would still describe it as that.
