Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

Before the lesson my understanding of leadership was more of a manager. There was a goal, and leaders lead you there, but now my perception of leadership was from the mindset of a manager. A leaders leads you to a goal but in that leading, you become better, and you are more knowledgeable than you were before.

I would of said to be a support of the ones they are over seeing. I think I would keep it the same so far

A good leader leads by example, communicates well, models well, and inspires others well. Now I would say that a good leader is intentional about growing people so they can do more than they could before they were led.

Before, I would have said that a good leader tells everyone what to do. Now,I would say that a good leader helps an organization and employees go somewhere.
