Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

A good leader serves others. Leads people to a better place.

It has not changed. A good leader leads, takes others to new levels of growth, while moving forward to the vision(the better place)a great leader empowers other to do the same.

I would describe a good leader as somebody who cares deeply about the people they’re leading, as well as somebody who is both passionate about the “destination” of their leadership (where they are leading people) as well as capable of leading.
I don’t think my definition has changed much. The idea of a leader being capable of bringing people to a destination makes sense and so does the idea about a servant leader making people better as well as bringing them to a better place.

A good leader can direct and inspire others to do something that needs to be done. A leader (now) is one who empowers others to achieve something they otherwise would not have been able to.

My understanding of leaders already has been one who demonstrates, motivates, empowers, and encourages others in what the particular tasks at hand are. Leading is a hands-on approach.
