A good leader is someone who has influence and can teach people.
A good leader moves someone from where they are to where they are capable of being.

Now, I would say a good leader takes you from where you were to where you were not.

Before this lesson, I would probably have said that “A good leader leads a group of people to be productive and successful in their profession.”

Before this lesson I taught leadership is more about getting higher in position and title and what they must do. the lesson reminded me that leadership is not about title but rather about action of being and doing. that as a leader the goal is to make the team better individually and as a group while achieving and getting to the desired goal.
