Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

A good leader is someone who have after they led someone, that someone us ready to lead others to that very same place. A good leader does not just gain followers, but develops more good leaders.

I thought a good leader was someone who spoke eloquently and people listened but now I know a good leader serves others.

A leader helps someone along to reach a goal and leads through demonstration themselves. Now I’d say a good leader leads you where you ain’t.

Taking someone from one place to another place. Now, guiding someone from one place to a better place.

Beforehand, I would have described leadership as someone that merely drives the vehicle of an organization or group. Now, it’s more evident that leadership is far greater, looking into areas of motivation and modeling. A leader is someone that comes alongside and authentically lives out the ways in which they are striving to have reflected in there organization or group.
