Before this lesson, how would you have described what a good leader does? How would you describe what a good leader does now?

Before: A good leader must listen to who they are leading to gauge personalities and talents.
After: A good leader must take action to lead not only by determining “who”, but also Where, How and What the end result look like. Not every leader is equipped to lead every experience or endeavor.

I think the great leader is a guy that leads by example and knows how to communicate.

I’m learning a good leader leads by example and sometimes let’s the people below them take over situations.

Serves, motivates, cares for. I wouldn’t change it all that much, though like the lesson discussed, different situations will require different tactics.

A good leader serves, and knows where she is leading.
