The step of observation will get the word in my thoughts but the only way to properly consider how to use it is to accurately interpret what God meant when He inspired the author to pen the words. The rest would be of no use if I did not apply it to my life and begin to use it appropriately.

We cannot do (3) what we have not properly interpreted (2) without first making a good observation (1).

each step just builds and flows like with any other learning/course one would take that is heard towards successful learning outcomes.

Each steps give us more information.
Step one when we observe we are reading what the bible says.
Two. As we are reading we began to interpret what it says.
Three. We began to use what we learn by application. -
If you observe well, you will be able to accurately interpret what the author of the passage wrote, leading to a correct obedience according to God’s intended will.
