You can only apply what you have understood properly (interpretation) from an observation -
Observing is looking at the scripture and digging deeper into the words then just skimming over them. You need to know what you are reading before you can interpret the meaning behind them. Without a Oreo per interpretation of the scripture, you will never be able to apply God’s Word to your life properly in the way that God intended.

Observation extracts the facts and context, Interpretation puts meaning to those facts within the right context and Application then executes an action plan from what was been learned.

Observation is the process of looking closely at the facts. Without this step toucan not go onto the next step which is interpreting the facts. Interpreting the facts is where you put meaning and understanding to the facts. You must know what the facts mean before you can even begging to apply them to your every day life.
There is no way that you can complete these steps out of order

Observation is the method used for learning, interpretation is the method to be use in discovering and careful examination to be factual and accurate on how interpret the gospel, thereby eliminating errors in sharing the gospel.
