Yes! I actually want to make a notecard that I can laminate and keep in my planner now, so when the time comes to really get to planning, I am already thinking about the 8 questions and already starting to find ways to include them in my planning process.

Some questions I feel I am already implementing in my planning. For instance “What is a human being?” I know that all children are created by God and in His image. I am responsible for their academic and spiritual well-being. I also understand that we are all sinners and need to give each other the same grace, patience, and love that Jesus gives us. Other questions I feel I will need to either take more time to develop an answer or discuss with colleagues before I have a better understanding of implementing them, but I think they will be valuable in helping me have a better grasp of biblical integration.

Many of these questions are good challenges for teachers and students. I’m not sure yet how to implement them during the planning process, but I definitely foresee them guiding many discussions.

Staff meeting discussions of the guiding questions at the start of a school year and periodically throughout the year would be helpful for keeping the necessity of Biblical integration at the forefront of teacher’s minds as they plan units and lessons.

I don’t really see how those questions are helpful. It might be a good though exercise but the overview wasn’t that helpful in the nuts and bolts of planning.
