Yes on a previous job. A co-worker would attack everything that I talked about regarding salvation. Her statement was how did I know that the Bible & what it was saying was real.

All the time, sometime with sly remarks, or sometimes just staying away

I remember when I was just a few months walking in my salvation experience when two Jehovah Witness knocked at my door. I answered and listened to what was being said but when they began to share their view of Jesus as being an angel like Michael, I felt compelled to speak what I knew in the scriptures to be true of Jesus my Savior. They left but the next day they returned but this time it was with a third person. I still held to my belief in who Jesus is, the only begotten Son of the Father full of grace and truth and Even now as I think back at the encounter, I’m encouraged in my faith to continue to holdfast looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of my faith.

I carry a bible with me at work. My co-workers have asked me why I carry it and why I believe that any part of it is true. Sadly, I missed an opportunity to faithfully answer that question. My response was along the lines of it is easier to believe then to not believe. No explanation, no defense. I never want to be in the position without the knowledge of how to respond and without prayerful direction of GOD.
