Can you think of a time when you were called upon to give a defense of your faith in Christ? If so, briefly explain.

I remember my friend and I were questioning our faith in God’s Word, the Bible, and Jesus Christ. We concluded that we trust the Bible based on 2 Timothy 3:16, All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true, and to make us realize What is wrong in our lives. The Word corrects us when we are wrong and help it do what is right. And so by faith I believe that Jesus died for my sins. I believe that when I accepted Him as Savior there is a continuation of communing with Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit to guide my life to live righteous through the righteousness of Jesus Christ.
So when I am asked to defend my faith in Jesus. I look back over my life with a testimony of how I trust God rather then trusting myself. I allow the Holy Spirit to speak through me to walk me through scriptures as I make my testimony that I am saved by grace through faith, it’s not my doing, it is a gift of God. It is truly God’s unmerited grace. -
Recently I spoke with a friend about having faith in troubling times. They questioned how I maintain my faith with so much happening in the world, and why God would let bad things happen to good people. Also, how I could continue in my faith having had so many hurdles in life recently.
I responded that I can see the good things God does in my life every day. I went on to explain that I practice patience, discernment, love, and see things that happen in life as opportunities to hone my faith in God my Father, and Yashua Messiah as my Savior. -

yes in AA, all the time, even at work. AA is designed to bring agnostics to God but they can make anything there God. I have a problem with that, so I also testify to them with co-workers.

I have the opportunity on a daily basis to share with my family the hope that I have in Christ. It can be very tempting to respond in a way that the world easily condones (argumentative and impatient) but we are called to a higher calling to respond in a way that is honoring and commendable before God (1 Peter 2:20).
