People always have these difficult questions about God that I’m not able to always answer, like his existence, why do bad things happen and even though I know for myself why; I have a hard time explaining it to others.

when someone asked me how did I notice the difference in God saving me from addiction , or myself making the decision and I told them about the strength and peace I found when I put by trust in God , when I thought I couldn’t do it anymore when I relied on God I got through those moments that I know I just couldn’t do myself

I have a friend who watches a program that is supposed to be biblical, however, I have listened to the program and find it biblically unsound. When I tell her of some particular event and the implication in our lives she responds by quoting the “pastor” from this erroneous series. I find it hard to listen and not make a statement that would offend. I need to be more able to express myself without being offensive.

Constantly, because I live in an environment where being Christian is not common these days. That is also one of the main reasons for me to follow this course.

A coworker of mine didn’t believe in Christ or what the Bible says. I was always so nervous every time the conversation about Christianity would come up because I didn’t know how to respond to his questions. What I believe seemed foolish to him. I used the examples of my faith. Faith isn’t always about seeing the evidence or having all the answers. I definitely didn’t have all the answers. Faith is trusting and knowing that what the Bible says is True. I believe God is Holy and so is His word. His word is truth. The Bible tells us about Christ and what He has done. God has worked in my heart in many ways. You experience that in your heart and it’s usually not some crazy miraculous event. I always say my faith in Christ is best explained by how we understand the wind. You can’t see it, but you can feel it and you trust and know it’s there and moving. That’s how it is with my Faith. I can’t physically see God working, but I experience Him in my heart and trust He is real and moving.
