At my school students are held accountable for their actions. We make sure that students are addressed in a manner to not embarrass them or call them out. Once we speak to the student about what the issue was that got them in trouble then we guide in the direction to the Lord and what a better choice would have been.

Respect is the main discipline in the classroom. It is easy to fall into disrespecting course mates and teacher, but this behavior should be managed immediately with intervention and possible meeting with the student after course, also trying to find out the root cause, restoring not only the person disrespected but also the student that was disrespectful. I have several visual aids on the walls that address respect, patience, love etc.

One policy that I enforce in my classroom is to treat everyone with respect. My students must know that since we are sinners, we are tempted to do or say mean things. I remind them that we must act like Jesus and try to be like Him a little more each day. This policy helps me with bulling and classroom management.

one discipline we do in my classroom is respect. It is important that we show respect to others. God respects us so we should respect others. We also talk in my classroom about the importance of not lying. Yes, all of us make mistakes but we should not lie and try to hide it from God. It is important to tell the truth.

At our school, we have boundaries that teach students how to be respectful of other people and property. Students are frequently reminded how to manage conflict, based on the Matthew principle. We have found that initially, the students would resist the boundaries, but eventually, once they learn where those lines are, they appreciate the structure and respect the authority that is involved.
