On the whole, I did not give up my spiritual disciplines. Unlike a person who can be removed from me by social distancing as a safety measure, God is everywhere and cannot be removed from me. On the contrary, I quickly transited to a new normal and discovered new means of learning and growing. I discovered micro-learning through a cheap or free platform called Gnowbe. It provided many interesting learning topics which enlarged my world. Later it even came up with some free programs about coping with COVID or about spiritual topics. Much later, I began to learn new things and meet new people on Zoom too. A few years down the line now, I am developing myself greatly on Our Daily Bread University. In summary, I feel that my growth spiked instead of died out, during/after COVID.

I think the discipline and structure of when I did them was kind of lost- and yes I can definitely feel the results of that even years later. I think a lot of what the speaker shared about intentionality in scheduling things and prioritizing them has made all the difference in getting them back to a healthy rhythm

I did not give up spiritual disciples during Covid – 19. as a matter of fact, I did just the opposite. I was laid off of work and could not go back into the building for classes. The BSD Industries program allowed remote learning, so I took a computer from school and started remote classes at home. I went into shock during the pandemic. When I was not in class, I went online into Our Daily Bread and start taking basic ODB courses. I stayed in the house until I was called in for a summer job position working as a nutritionist. I took the ODB basic free courses at night and on the weekends. After the summer job was over another employer called me, and I started working again. Afterwards, I enrolled into the Basic Foundation Ministry program at ODB University. I have been locked into my spiritual learning and building ever since.

Great for you. For me too. I discovered ODBU after COVID, and I am the better for it now.

No, in fact I went in deeper with the Holy Spirit. It was fantastic!
