I stop attending church and there was much less interaction or close to no interaction with the community. Felt isolated and life was like coming to a standstill. Spiritual disciplines can be rebuild by setting aside time to attend church and rebuild support system by being part of a small group and connecting with people in personal ways

I didn’t give up any spiritual disciplines during the pandemic, but instead became more intentional. A women’s Bible study I had started, we just did online instead. We did not stop meeting and as soon as we could get together again we did! Even though we didn’t go to church services in person I think as a family sitting together and watching it online together with our kids brought us closer too. We were intentional about not letting the pandemic give up things, especially when it came to God and our spiritual time we got more intentional about it and I think it brought our family closer. I prayed all families were able to do this and come closer together as a family and to God.

During COVID I didn’t lose my time with God but it did show me how more time can be added to our time together.

It’s strange for me to reflect on the Covid 19, I was closer to my at the time fiancé and we had our son during the pandemic lock down and I am grateful to God thatI was in fact a hospital employee and it was friends and colleague that delivered him I was able to experience that, its now after separation that my relationship with God is greater.
