I did just the opposite of staying to myself. I started a group on FB for those who needed a friend. I wanted them to know that God still loved them even though we were going through a terrible time.

Quite the opposite I decided to explore the Old Testament to find where the word led to Jesus’s coming. I wrote down my findings and then put them in my computer. I am so glad I was willing able to do that but I am not done yet. I hope to continue exploring the Old Testament in more depth.

Fortunately, I did not. I set reminders on my phone, to stay in course. I spent more time in devotion as I sought to take refuge in him.

No, it only helped me to draw closer to God. I couldn’t rely on anyone or anything during that time.

During thee pandemic it was very stressful. I had two elderly parents to take care of, my husband who is a trucker continued to work and we tried to help others and all of us to be safe but still do what needed to be done. I feel my devotional time with God changed and yes it is different and changes a relationship when you no longer concentrate and spend time with someone as you use too. I am adjusting my habits now and returning to my focus being more centered as there is less stress and more freedom to fellowship with like minded individuals.
