We did lose relationships some through death and some through disagreements over what was going on. The loss of a relationship from disagreement was not our choice which makes it worse. There is no fixing the situation with one individual as we don’t really know what is wrong and nothing you do is right. We do have a broader support system now as we have made an effort to cultivate these relationships.

My social support system was decreased from personal contact to gathering together on zoom for prayer group meetings with friends and church members.

The loss was minor at that point so it did not feel so dark because we were able to see and support each other and have conversations with each other.

Yes, we have restored most of the contact and social support but still maintaining some social distancing.
