Nancy Outlaw was my 8th grade math and science teacher. She pushed us to do more, fulfil higher potentials and cared for us tremendously. She also taught us to care for the earth as a commandment from god.

My mom and dad are both teachers. They were the ones who impacted me the most in my school years. I believe I became a teacher because of them.

Ms. Lewis, first grade. She allowed my friend and I to work ahead and then go out in the hall and read, or talk. She knew I was trying to share Jesus with him and she gave us the time to do other things and not sit there board waiting for others to finish. And this was at a public school. She made room for the important things to fit in with the learning.

Mrs. Hansen was my World History teacher and AP European History teacher. She made the history engaging and come alive. Not only that, when I was having personal problems in my life, she would listen and give me advice. I always think very fondly of her.

My 6th grade teacher was influential in my life because she went above and beyond to help me in 6th grade when my grades started to get low.
