Discuss a teacher who had a positive influence on your life. What did he/she do that was influential for you?

I had a teacher in Elementary School named Mrs. Lancaster. She was a wonderful Christian who inspired me to be interested in school in a way I hadn’t been up to that point. I am someone that was never into science much as a kid, but the way she interacted with us made me want to learn about dinosaurs and tadpools.

One of my most influential teachers was my 4th grade teacher. He was very influential because he cared about what he taught us and I could tell he was excited when he taught us.

My high school Spanish teacher had a positive influence on my life. She was a Christian educator in the midst of a public school. She was a safe place to go to and truly cared about us. She helped us understand the importance of studying different cultures.

A teacher that had a positive influence on my life was one that was patient and present with me. In my season of depression, they regularly helped to assist me and encourage me as needed.
