Yes, it is important for the bible to contain prophetic statements because it helps credits its validity. What was prophesied, has, is and will be fulfilled to completion.

Absolutely! It shows the accuracy, credibility, and reliability of God’s Word!

No! I don’t think it is necessary to give us a sign of any kind. I believe that by faith we will establish what God intends. His word is an apriori and stands for itself. If we practice it the miracle of life will be seen in the living of the word not in the proving of the word. It also appears that only the non-believers were the ones needing prophecy and not the believers.

I feel that all the prophetic statements are important to us to show us that God was indeed using men to foretell the future. Afterall, it was His creation, His people, that we are part of, that He was trying to convey to the somewhat very disobedient nations of that time, that peoples choices have consequences, and we are still making some choices which have consequences. We, as His children should be grateful that we have a God, Loving Father who has our welfare at heart. We see from the prophetic statements that He is a God of His word.

Yes, I feel that it is important that he Bible should contain prphetic statemtnts, the bible proves itself and these prophetic statement shows the Bible to be true and the Word of God reliable and accurate.
